Segment Overlap

What is the "Data-Overlap" option?

This option allows us to understand the overlap of users of our segments against Retargetly 3rd party Segments. Via this analysis you can create small subgroups of a segment to show messages differentiated by different attributes.

How do I do a Data-Overlap "?

The first step is to have previously created any of the following segments:

- Web Segment

- App segment

- CRM segment

- Campaign Segment

After creating any of the segments mentioned above, you must click on the "+" button in the "Actions" column and choose the "Data-Overlap" option:

What will open to us next are a series of 3rd Party Segments of Retargetly that ordered by level of Affinity (Vertical Axis) and Reach (Horizontal Axis). When we position ourselves above a circle (recommended segment) we can see the Segment Name, Affinity Level and Scope.

To continue with the process, you must first click on one of the segments and then click on "Create Audience". What this process will do is combine our original segment with the Retargetly segment and then continue and activate it in some DSP (Demand Side Platform) or Publisher.
